Professional Experience: Certified Public Accountant since 1974, licensed as a CPA in New Mexico and Texas, manager with Grant Thornton International (the 5th largest CPA firm in the world), president of a manufacturing company, involved with the purchase or sale of over 100 businesses, some as a CPA and some as a intermediary or broker, self employed as a CPA for 25 years.
