Tawni Crawford

Pledge to Clients: I want to be my client's real estate guru for life. When they think of real estate, I want them to think of me. I love my job and I believe it shows in how I perform my duties as their Realtor. My clients become my friends.

Professional Experience: I became a Realtor in 1993. I have been very active with the Board of Realtors, have been on the MLS Committee, Professional Standards Committee, the Leadership Program, Run for the Zoo, Russia Project and also a member of the Board of Directors. I have extensive knowledge of new construction and property management. I have closed many multi million dollar commercial property transactions.

I sold just real estate until 2004 when I became a real estate trainer with another company. My passion for teaching now leads me to do both (selling and teaching) equally. In 2011 I was invited to sell and train for Signature. I truly believe in the company's vision and direction for real estate in New Mexico. I am very proud to say I work for Signature Southwest Properties.

Education: I graduated from Sandia High School and TVI/CNM. I also attended UNM.

I enjoy attending national speaking conferences whenever possible. This is great motivation to me and I need to be always learning.

Outside Interests: My hobbies include water and snow skiing. I enjoy time with my twin teenage daughters and I am active in their education. I was on the Board of Directors for their school and currently hold the "Team Mom" title for the drill and tennis teams.

Personal Information: I am a native of Albuquerque. In high school I worked for my father's mortgage company. I have also worked in the real estate title business. If you cut me I'd probably bleed real estate. My motto is "The best way to predict the future is to create it." Stephen Covey
